Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your experience at WesDay.com.

• Class Bookings: All ticket sales for classes and events are final. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person or reschedule (when possible) by contacting us at least 72 hours before the event.

• Merchandise: Unused/unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
